The experience behind the CV

- Taking responsibility
- Owning a piece of work, managing resources and time, making decisions and following up on outcomes.
- Working together
- Contributing within a team, handling disagreements and coordinating with different people.

The timing, scope and resources of the experience and its relationship to the role are established.
- 02
Distinguishing the contribution
The candidate’s own behaviour and contribution are understood separately from the team’s overall success.

Linking the evidence
Concrete results and lessons learned are reported together with the areas to be verified in the interview.
